Subject: High HR zone running training
I'm still training in base period for 50 days and still can't keep running in HR zone 1, HR jump to z3 and z4 !! I must walk to drop it .. Any body have the same high HR in recovery run ?

Welcome to the wonderful world of HR zone training. It's part of the process. Have to walk some. I did in the beginning.

For how long it's going to take me to overcome the High HR while running ? with the considration of the extreme hot weather condition in KUWAIT (Middle east) (123F today )???

Note: NO worries i am still not fully fried

I used the MAFtone method this year which involved lots of walking to keep my HR under 140; its a real test of perserverance and determinatio but it does pay off!! as for temperature this does affect HR - mine goes up arpund 15 beats when running in the 90s, so that will also affect yours even more!
