I need to start getting some OWS in and know there has been some parking changes down there and was just wondering what everyone does when they go down there, especially on the weekends, early morning?? Do you pay the 25$ and park at Navy Pier?? Use street parking?? Private lot?? I plan on swimming 7ish and then a long run after. Should be done by 10:30. Any tips would be appreciated.

No matter where you park you're going to get hosed but I would think the parking lots near Ohio St. beach would be less than Navy Pier.

And street parking MAY be but they charge by the hour so you if you're there longer than a few hours it may be more expensive. Ithink it's like $8 an hour right now to park on the street?

At first I thought, "Oh boy, what a mistake!" Let’s face it, I could barely run half a mile, I had not swum in forever, and my biking skills were not great, to say the least.

As a triathlete, there is one acronym that you just can’t fathom ever having next to your name in a race report – DNF: DID NOT FINISH.
