You may have to adjust the placement of the front roller to match the length of your bike. However, what you do is place your rear tire between the two rear rollers then your front tire rests on the front roller.

One other things I forgot to mention is that, assuming you have never used rollers in the past, is to start by riding the rollers in a hallway with walls on either side of you so you can catch yourself if/when you start to ride off the edge. They will take some getting used to, but will help make your pedal stroke very smooth.

I believe you want the front tire nearest the center of the front roller, behind the roller. If the wheel is on the front half of the roller, you could ride off.

Amen, Shortyy!  That's what BT is all about.  Feel free to keep asking questions.  You'll find lots of help and only a little bit of grief.

Cheers!

As others have said, start by setting it up in a door way. You want the front roller to be slighty in front of the front hub. Clip in and balance yourself with one hand against a wall. Start pedalling (you might find it easier to be in a high gear to start) and then remove your hand and trust your balance.

Focus your vision on a point in front of you. Don't look down at the rollers. As with everything, practice makes perfect. Stick with it and evetually you won't need the wall to get started. Stay with it long enough and you'll be riding them with no hands.

The donwside to rollers is that if you want to veg in front of the TV for hours, keeping your focus on balance can be a pain in the . They're are stands available that you attach the front fork to, thus stabilizing the bike. Kind of defeats the benefit of rollers though.

You can also buy resistance units depending on the brand/design.
