Subject: Food/Drinks during HIM I'm doing my first HIM (also my first triathlon ) next month. So due to my lack of experience with the races I have a million questions, but my biggest is where can I find some good information about what to eat and drink and when during my race. My training is coming along nicely but all I've really done so far is drink water during my runs and rides (Swimming too ) But seriously I need to find some good info on gels, drinks, times that are best to do it. It's the thing I'm most worried about honestly. I'm not going for a fast time, just wanting to finish. Thanks!
