2011 Canondale CAAD 10 105- size 56

Just putting a feeler out right now. I don't NEED to sell it but I'm toying with the idea of buying something else this fall. Ballpark the mileage around 8k, and is 100% stock right down to the saddle. It has been down once; I low sided it on a right turn which resulted in some scuffs on the right brake lever/hood. Also, it fell over once at the pool in the locker room which resulted in a couple dings on the top tube. Oh should also note that the steer tube has been cut and it's slammed.

If anyone is interested we can talk offers and I can provide photos.

I'm fairly open but considering what I'm seeing on Ebay and elsewhere I think something around 1k shipped is fair.

I'm curious about the 'don't increase your run by more than 10% per week' rule. Is there a minimum mileage under which this doesn't apply?

How should I go about training for the marathon while also building base in the other two events? Doing this seems like it's causing me to break the 10% rule in running.

Yes, the Dual is a little heavier than Cervèlo’s high end counterparts. But…the price is within reach of the masses and it still incorporates all of the design features that make a Cervèlo special.
