Subject: OK Bike Helmets DO Matter
Yes, one time I posted and mocked the buzz lightyear helmet.

I thought helmets didnt matter, or mattered so little i could buy a $29 helmet at k Mart and do just as well as someone spending a small fortune at some fu-fu overpriced Tri shop.

Well, the K Mart helmet even feels like it has drag, but it certainly creates these distracting noises as the wind passes over it (and not even when going super fast, you can even notice it at 20 mph) . I can't tell if thats a bike behind me, a car, or just the wind.

Now shopping for a different helmet, my son will get my old helmet for his mountain bike.

But so far i must stand my ground and resist looking like buzz lightyear!
