Trek Speed Concept 9.5 (framesize 56cm), CLV2 Carbon, KVF (Kammtail Virtual Foil) tube design, SC Speed Box and DuoTrap compatible, includes SC Draft Box and the Speed Box. The components are Shimano Ultegra and has the Williams System 85 Wheel Set. The bike is setup for a Garmin bike computer, has the DuoTrap Digital Speed/Cadence Sensor already installed, and the Profile Design Areodrink (comes with the mount, bottle, plus an additional accessory kit). I have also put Mr. Tuffy tire liners to help prevent flats while training. I am asking $3500 for this bike or best offer. I can ship the bike, but the buyer will need to pay for the shipping.

A better bike is not the answer to meeting your performance goals. I mean if you gave Nike running shoes to a tortoise would he move any faster?

One way to improve your speed is to do track work that totals the time and distance goal. The idea is to slowly condition your body to be comfortable at your goal pace.

Many people in the triathlon world think they need to just emulate Ian Thorpe to have a faster time, or have a similar stroke to Michael Phelps to cruise through the swim. Unfortunately...
