Subject: Broken Cradle
Anyone ever broken the bolts on there cradle while riding? I hit a bump on a ride this evening and I felt my right cradle completely give out. I stopped to check it out and sure enough both of the bolts had snapped completely in half! Aero bar is a 3T Aura Pro. I can back the lower part of the bolts out of the bar but I'll have to find some way of getting out the parts now stuck in the cradle.

Soon after I got married, I decided I needed to get motivated to work out and focus on getting back into shape. I could barely jog a quarter-mile without needing a walk break.

It sounds like your ankle has seen plenty of mileage and, by the description of your surgeon’s plan, that you have damage to the articular cartilage that caps your talus bone.
