Subject: Southwest Michigan Newbie
Hello my name is Rory and I'm just starting out. I'm getting ready to run my first sprint in two weeks. I'm a little nervous cause I swim like a rock, and I've only ran one 5k since boot camp 20 yrs ago. And that was about three weeks ago. But hey nothing like jumping head first into the shallow end.

Good Luck on your first Tri. I just did my first sprint tri on Aug 3 2013. I loved it. Just remember it's not about winning it's about finishing and enjoying the journey to get there.
