work on going anearobic more to be able to sprint harder

work transitions a little more with shoes on the bike should speed up

Continue running drills and continue to get faster, better and more endurance

Form breaks on the swim, bike and run. I also had a costly few seconds on T2

TIme to get ready for next year, looking for another big time drop in 2014.
