I have heard there is a guy in Lexington who is an old professional cyclist who does bike fits the traditional way...anyone know what company he works for?

I might be able to help with a little more info. Not sure why you would go to Columbia to find a Ex-Pro when you can just go to Barleys, get a pint of beer and as you stumble your way back to your table you will spill on a couple of them. Greenville is loaded with Ex-Pro cyclist. If you are looking for a bike fitter, there are quite a few locally using new and old techniques.

HAHA, that is true, plus that is something I am really good at...drink full pints of beer!!  I hang my head in shame if I spill any though...

This guy is supposed to be really good.  Was part of the Olympic team that won Gold in Atlanta in track cycling and I think the team prior that won silver or bronze.  He does the same bike fit that Jim Cunningham does at Greenville Cycle Center but instead of spending $200 for Jim, this guy is $65...Meet this woman at the Greenville Tri who told me about him...

If your looking for speed you need who-ever did Kyle's fit. 2nd fastest bike split at Greenville (only slower than the guy who was fit at the A-2 wind tunnel) and then he tops himself by having the fastest TT at Donaldson. He's ready to be the spokesman for Sufferfest.

I have never had a correct bike fit.  Had the bike for a few years now and only had the down and dirty fit taking about 10 minutes when I first bought the bike.  This is the first year I have actually been spending time on the bike.  My bike at Greenville was HORRIBLE, not the bike fit i know, was due to feeling like poop in my legs.

I have spoken with a few guys regarding bike fit, they have said they have seen the largest gains after having a proper bike fit.
