Comments: Great swim! What would you do differently?: Speed up taking wetsuit off while running out of water Transition 1
Comments: suit stuck on heel. What would you do differently?: practice taking off suit and put body glide on heel/ankle Bike
Comments: Fast bike, but took 4-5 miles to get into prescribed power zone (215-230w). Opened up last 10 miles. Felt good thew whole way. What would you do differently?: use a higher power zone for the whole leg Post race
