Other than stomach pain, went well. kept cadence at 90 and hr in zone 2/3 until last 5 miles. stomach pain started immediately at beginning of run - never had it before - think it was the propel from the bike segment - never used it before this race.
What would you do differently?:

maybe go harder sooner, figure out nutrition sooner.

It was the morning of Ironman Newfoundland 70.3, I felt queasy. I didn't want to eat or drink anything. I had a full blown case of the pre-race HEEBEE GEEBEES.
