I might pass on this one for the same reason I do not complete in crits (also sounds like fun but scary). |

I know the website does a horrible job with this, but the race is NOT draft legal for age groupers. Only pros compete draft legal in these races. |

What concerns you about the bike course? I don't ask as a challenge or out of sarcasm. I'm asking because I was thinking of signing up. This Sat (8/24) will be only my 2nd tri so I wouldn't want to register for something that was possibly dangerous due to my lack of experience. Thanks. |

I still not the best on turns and sounds like there are a lot but it might not be so bad. Then again last 2 tris I got spoiled doing the Chi tri which has 4 turns over 24 miles and this one going to be like a 4 or 6 loop course? |

Veteran 720 Aurora, Illinois | Subject: RE: Will the Chicago ITU race sell out? I registered yesterday with the discount! The concerning part is definitely the bike course, especially if it's a 4-6 loop course. It's going to be packed, scary and slow. |
