Gooooood morning BT! Back to work I go!

4:15am: 60 mins/17 miles on the KK
5:15am: 10 min WU jog/ 4 X 4 sets 30 second incline repeats, increasing inclines and speeds
6:00am: core

Sitting through 'back to business' meetings all day long at school...zzzz!

5:20 AM 40 minute run
6 PM One hour of trainer torture.

Back to school as well after a summer of late rising, bike touring in glorious scenery, and extensive consumption of beer, Nutella, and olive oil. Trying to make mornings work but it does not come naturally. 8:20 PM and I am falling asleep on the couch. Teaching really is an endurance sport!

Trying to envision yoga on the floor of a bike shop. If it was the shop here, you'd be getting an extremity stuck in the spokes in every pose.

My training partner told me to back off on my running this morning as I have to run twice today to make up some mileage, so.

4:15am - 1000 meter swim in 17:36
4:45am - 7 mile run in 61:25

unexpected day off work due to a water main break in my building...you think I would have gotten my workout in early right...haha! NOT!

20 mile ride tonight

The bike focus block has officially started although I overslept this morning which turned my planned 40 miles into the 25.

The goal is to get stronger while your swim, bike and run training schedule is relatively light and you can afford to hit the weights hard a couple times each week.

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
