I almost forgot to clip out of my pedals and almost fell once I got back to transition. Luckily my foot came out and there was a volunteer there to help catch me.

Comments:

I started to feel a little weak at mile 18. I don't think I was taking in enough calories and my body started to give in. I walked and ate a Bonk Breaker bar and that helped me out a lot.
What would you do differently?:

Practice my nutrition on the run a little more.
