By far my weakest leg, but the run went really good, by my standards. It's obvious that I need more running, but that was already clear to me, coming in to this event.

Warm down:

Walked around, complimented the RD on the course, and saw some of the other athletes finish

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I've only started training 5 months ago, which was also the same day I gave up smoking. I'am proud of my results so far. With more training will come better results.

Event comments:

Really nice sprint, organized by a local tri-club. Will definitely attend next year, if it fits my schedule.
