Subject: Greetings! Hi folks. New to the site...I am an old school tri guy who is getting back into the sport after 10 years of being on the sidelines. Waaaaay back in the day I did a number of short races and then three IM's, and then hit the wall. Life, marriage, kids and work took over. BUT, I'm tired of being a slacker and am glad to be back in training! So far for 2014, have signed up for the Challenge St. Andrews NB race (long course )...time to get back in the pool, running and riding (soon to be on the trainer, where did the summer go? ).
Anyway, looking forward to joining in the fun on this site and meeting others.
PS. These two questions might be best served for another forum but thought I would ask anyway: how do I upload a training program from Beginner Triathlete into my training log? And, when I try to make changes to training log settings such as height, weight, KM vs. miles etc., I can't save the changes..help!
