I'm with Time Warner Cable and for the longest time we (or at least my area) did not have Universal Sports as an option.

I just realized last night that suddenly I have the channel, and noticed that not only are they covering the Vuelta and the Tour of Alberta, but they will also be covering the Tour of Britian, the Road Cycling World Championships, as well as TV coverage of Interbike 2013.

It's all part of what they are calling "Bikenado" in September.  Pretty sure we're not going to have bikes falling from the sky, but I'm going to get a chainsaw handy just in case.

Yeah...it's definitely not just about the upcoming bike events in September.  I also enjoy the track and field and swimming events they carry.  ITU is also much more spectator/TV viewer friendly.

I will be a the finish at the Tour of Alberta on Sunday. With the flood related changes to tomorrow's stage I figured today was the pivot point in the race. Tomorrow may be a little wet if this rain that just blew in keeps up.
