Good morning BT! Why do Mondays seem to come so soon?!

4:30am: 4.25 mile run
5:15am: 40 minutes strength
Later: Hill repeats with CC runners

Went a little overboard yesterday with treats at the fair...actually I went overboard all of last week. My stomach is not happy with me today! Gotta get my nutrition back on track--that is the goal for this week.

Have a great day, as great as a Monday can be!

Morning All

Heading out to the pool today at lunch for some laps.

Pretty excited still about this weekend My little 3 year old sheltie Girl went head to head with 2012 individual world champion jumper dog & #1 ranked 16" jumper dog in the world and came out with a first place win by .32 seconds Woo Hoo. to be honest the champ was still the faster dog but had a mistake which gave her a penalty, but it just goes to prove that the fastest dog doesn't always win the day. Now that will Make your Day
AS the saying goes a win is a win and we will take it.

Have a great day all and happy training

I got a new pair of the same size / brand of shoes and started running on them. On my left foot, the toe next to the big toe starts to get a little painful and goes numb after the first 1-3 miles.
