Wore running shoes on the bike, so this one flew by...stretched a bit, didn't need to do that, I was already pretty warmed up:)

I like runs that are shorter than advertised, cause it makes me look faster...

Warm down:

bit of stretching...lots of fruit and lots of water...a little piece of pizza also.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

2 hours of sleep the night before...

Event comments:

Only reason that it wasn't a 5 is because it look forever to get the results at the race, though the results were online that night (which was pretty cool!)
