What would you do differently?: Go faster, I wanted 3:30 Transition 1
Comments: T1 was fine (my first time)...Scary because first out of bike is an uphill, and I was winded... What would you do differently?: tie shoes faster, maybe get a bucket to clean my feet in? Bike

Comments: Wore running shoes on the bike, so this one flew by...stretched a bit, didn't need to do that, I was already pretty warmed up:) What would you do differently?: Nothing, very happy with my T2 Run
Comments: I didn't walk, even though I wanted to towards the end, that made me happy:) What would you do differently?: I like runs that are shorter than advertised, cause it makes me look faster... Post race
Warm down: bit of stretching...lots of fruit and lots of water...a little piece of pizza also. What limited your ability to perform faster: 2 hours of sleep the night before... Event comments: Only reason that it wasn't a 5 is because it look forever to get the results at the race, though the results were online that night (which was pretty cool!)
