Swim Belt

Hello. Last year when I did a study abroad in Australia, my host family had a swim belt type piece of equipment. It was a thick nylon type belt that was connected to surgical tubing. You would put the belt around your waist and attach the tubing to something sturdy so that you could swim non-stop. It was used for training in a personal backyard pool rather than a lap pool. I was wondering if anyone knows what I'm talking about and where I could possibly purchase one.
