Cranky shoulder kept me out of the pool for the most part.  26 minutes of that swim time was from Alcatraz to SF though.

I'm always amazed at how much some of you put in....   Here's my best effort considering the chaos of my life:

Swim: 7h 32m 43s - 30981.79 Yd
Bike: 17h 06m 40s - 320.69 Mi
Run: 10h 07m 36s - 72.33 Mi

October will be HUGE as IMAZ training ramps up big time over the next 4 weeks.  Then taper.  Then Race.  Then Beer and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Actually pretty decent given that I've only been out running twice since HIM race sept. 15.

Backpacking trip (19h 39m 18s) in the middle of the month took me away from SBR a little, but I suppose it was a nice little break, though not relaxing or allowing for recovery!

Swim 11h43m09s 38,600m
Bike 8h 20m (a lot was trainer or stationary so distance doesn't make sense)
Run 21h49m55s

Obviously run focus; training for a half marathon in December and trying very hard to build mileage while not getting injured! We've also had several weekend rainstorms that I kept me from outdoor biking or even MTB rides, so I've tended to substitute with shorter, more intense trainer stuff.

Not sure how/why I spent so much time in the pool--our school pool's now open till 6 instead of 5, so I guess I've been celebrating by doing longer workouts?
