This was a great run for me. My last HIM I blew up on the run. I could have been a little faster but wanted to make sure I could finish. I ran the whole time but slowed to almost a walk during aid stations. Wanted to get water a coke down.
What would you do differently?:

I was happy with this performance.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I should have not used porta potty. I would have broke into the 5h mark if I didn't stop. O-well, I guess this is what brings me back for more.
