Subject: which 70.3 for 2014?
Researching for my first ever HIM challenge for next season. I will be doing a couple Oly's in the beginning of the season and then taking on a half and am trying to decide between Timberman 8/17/14, or Rev3 Maine 8/24/14.
As another option..... I am also contemplating doing a 70.3 in July and also doing the Toughman Half 9/7/14 which is close to home Just over the Bear Mtn Bridge. Am I being too ambitious scheduling two halfs that close?
Anyway just trying to get some input and thoughts on various races.

couldn't go wrong with either.

timberman is a WTC branded event, if you want that level of hoopla.

Rev3 does an excellent job as well.

Difference I see is an ocean swim vs a lake swim, and Rev vs WTC

I did Rev 3 Maine in 2012. Best Triathlon I have ever done. Great people, great course.

If you're interested in two, pick a later season one that doesn't sell out. That way, you can focus on the first, and then decide on the second afterwards.
