Anyone racing Saturday with 20,000 of your closest friends?  I'm trying for a 5K PR, which is gonna HURT.

Doing half marathon a week after REV3 half full. Hoping for a 1:50 time. It's looks much better in terms of temp than last weekend.

I wish I was but I have a wedding that afternoon in Fells Point to attend. I might come back to my old stomping grounds in Canton and watch a little bit of the race and hang out a little before the wedding. I hope to do the half again next year.

Mike- After my "Hilly Eagleman" last sunday, I am glad you will have milder temps for your 5k. Go get that PR!

Yikes! That was a ROUGH day! I just did the run portion and it was brutal. GL with the half!

I'll be there as a spectator. My friend is doing her first marathon. If you see a short girl and a naughty toddler around mile 14 of the marathon, that's me!

Good luck to all runners

I can train for half marathons on pavement and on trails, but as soon as I change it up to gravel or loose dirt my knee swells and the pain it causes is unreal. Any ideas why this happens?
