Subject: help on my bike training saturday i went on a bike session of about 100km and 1800m of total level (sorry for my bad english ), i was doing good but at about 75km...lights out! suddenly and completely! i felt like no energy left, legs became "soft", every time i blinked my eyes i had a little blurred vision and i was seeing little dots around, and then i was experiencing some nausea.
i must say i'm not a good cyclist, i bought the bike on february and have a total of about 1600km in my legs. sure i need to train more but, could also be a problem in my food intake? 'till that point i had 1 energy bar and 1 energy gel. stopped for a coffee and than lights out.
