Heading over to the gym at Lunch not sure yet wether it will be Spin Bike or Strength Training but it will be one of those, I will decide when I get there
how I feel.

Hey!

5.5 miles or so this morning (run, clearly).  Going to try to get to the pond for 1.5 miles or so OWS.  It's supposed to hit 70 degrees, so I'm not missing that, even if the water is coooold!

30 mile morning ride on the newly acquired (that's what I'm calling the old and broken road bike) single speed.

4 mile midday run

12 mile ride this evening (have to get home)

SHATTERED my 20-miler climbing route PR by 12 seconds today !!!  Ha ha, the old PR was coming up on 3 years old in another couple months.  I got lucky that I bumped into an ex cat-1 out there so that I had somebody to chase up the mountain.  Otherwise, it wouldn't have happened.  Lucky me !!

It was suposed to be a 9 mile run today, but I cut it at 5 due to some hip pain.

Went to the chiro at lunch and she said I made the right call. Got adjusted and some stretching. more stretching tonight and tomorrow then a 20 miler on Saturday!

Fitbit says I am good for the day and its just 1, gotta love it.

30 minutes at 5km pace. Last real effort run before HM in 9 days.
