Subject: RE: Looking for advice I agree with above. Also get all your crap ready and have it in the car. Make a list. I have a list for home, list for the AM, list for at set up. It just makes me feel better. Plan every detail about transitions; what to bring, where to put it, how much to drink... It will be hard to get much in the way of a warm up in before the race, parking usually sucks, finding everything, set up, marking. Get there as early as you can, at least an hour to two early. I have only warmed up with swimming and really dont need anything else. |
