Subject: Hi So this decade, my 50's I am facing my fears and doubts head on. Taking massive action getting out there!
My only attempt was Redondo Beach Sprint Triathlon 2013
Sprint Distance: 1/2 mile swim, 6 mile bike, 2 mile run
How I did:
Swim 21:50
T1 4:49
Bike 24:09
T2 1:10
Run 20:26
I just signed up for 1/2 ironman Silverman October 2014 1.2 mile swim will be the most enjoyable part for sure!
The 56 mile hilly bike ride will be my biggest challenge
Not to mention coming off the bike to run 13.1 ouch I want to be able to run
Now I have a year to get ready to go 70.3 |
