Just went to triracebook.com and its seems like I'm ok. Besides "get a professional fit" what do you think of the bike fit?

It looks good. You could ride steeper (move forward) if you wanted to get a bit lower.
For some reason, and I really don't know why, the pro men seem to ride steeper than the women

It looks good, so If it's comfortable, go with it.

It's always difficult to know for certain looking at one photo like this, but it looks like you could possibly move the seat forward a little to bring your shoulders over your elbows, and close up your elbow angle to 90 degrees.  This would also open up your hip angle a little.

Also, it looks like your seat may be a little high, because your heel is up a little even though it appears the crank isn't all the way down into the 6 o'clock position.

Again, take any fit advice you get online based on one photo with a grain of salt.

As pointed out, photos are not very good tool for a bike fit… especially if you are not perfectly level and perpendicular, any angles distort the information.

So this is a crap shoot, but heck, take it for what it's worth. Your position over the bottom bracket looks reasonable, so don't move the seat back and forth to fix any forward fit issues. Keep in mind that any bike fit starts with the riders position over the bottom bracket and then everything else is "built" from this central point. It does look like you reach is ever so slightly over extended, it would be nice to get you elbows back a small fraction, but you're not completely off, so if you are comfortable and feel stable, then you can opt to leave it the way you have it.

In general, the position looks pretty good and comfortable. If this was for a 10k TT, then I would recommend getting lower, but there's a balance between comfort, aerodynamics and efficiency that you need to take in consideration if you race a longer distance and for multisport athletes, since we run after the bike.

The reason why photos are not good is that you can't get an idea of body movement… this is commonly very telling when you look at muscle imbalance, flexibility issues, core strength, etc. all factors that significantly changes the fit.

Trainer pic doesn't really reflect real-world riding, but I'll take a quick shot at it.

* Seat looks high, judging from the knee angle.

* Shoulder angle is a bit open, which could mean many things: (1) you're riding farther back on the saddle in this pic than you normally do, (2) your reach is a bit long, (3) your back is rounded (more below) which would move your shoulders backwards.

* You're looking down at the front hub, instead of "down the road". I assume you don't normally ride this way. With the head down, it allows the back to round more.

It would be best if you could provide pics of you actually riding on the road, but even more you need some one (that whole "pro" thing) watching you ride to make better judgments.

Agree with the others that your seat "may" be a tad high.

Those curtains are kind of iffy. Lamp shade seems tilted. Window is a terrible place to store tools.

Those are the biggest issues I see.

*on a more serious note, unless you are having some trouble I think the saddle height is acceptable if a bit on the upper end of things. I think sliding your saddle forward a hair would help all around though.

^^ Yes

I wouldn't move the saddle down until I moved it forward and saw it again...and see how you feel.  I bet you're even more comfortable with your elbows more under your shoulders.

When you get more comfortable you can come down in front a bit too.

it depends on your flexibility, purpose (long or shorter rides that are faster), reach, the build on your shoes, the pedals, etc. I got a fit at one studio - horrible and significantly slower although in the video it was the correct "numbers" - retul version. went to another fitter, completely changed the set up, and night and day difference..

Whether your bike is new, new to you, or you have not been on the bike for a long time, you really should spend some time thinking about how your bike fits you.
