Subject: 11.2.13 Saturday!!
I am posting from Boulder City, NV Southern League Cross Country Championships where my boys won the Div III Championships for the 2nd year in a row! Wooooot! They worked so hard!

No training today, just enjoying my boys' success! Now just hoping my lone girl runner qualifies!

Congrats on the championship!

AM 2 hour run with 4 X 10 minutes at HM race effort. Ouch!
PM 3000m of swimming

Plus lots of refereeing of cat chases and cleaning up things they knocked over en route.

Yorktown Battlefield 10 miler this morning; finished 1:23:08 (8:19/mile). Was 5/7 in AG (55-59 is tough! I could have done much better getting scored with the thirty somethings!). 48/135 overall. Great day, great run; looking for a HM in a month or so.
