SW: 200.0 @ 20% BF

GW: 196.0 @ 18% BF

This morning 200.0 @ 19.7% BF

(yesterday morning at 198.8 but that doesn't really count)

This morning 198.6 @ 19.6% BF

So I guess the other day might not have been a fluke.

How do you measure body fat percentage?

I've used the army method, navy method, ymca method, and skin fold measurements. All give different results

I use an Eatsmart Precision Digital Body Fat scale. I know it's not 100% accurate but it gives me something to work with.

I've also used (but did not own) a much more expensive Tanita and the results were very, very similar. Also had BodPod testing last year but it's not cost effective for me to do often.

This morning: 198.0 @ 19.4%

Back on track. Started back to training more consistently on Sunday, and eating and tracking what I'm eating.

Starting Weight: 231

11/13: 228
11/20: 225

Oct 30 - 169.8
Nov 6 - 169.1
Nov 13 - 169
Nov 20 - 168.5

That is more like it. Half a pound is pretty good when I don't log food to count calories.

I hate my scale! (I'm sure that eating the whole bag of white and dark chocolate drizzle popcorn that I paid $20 for from my son's cub scout den didn't help with the weigh in this morning)

Good work to all those who lost this week! Keep up the good work

11/1 - 128.4
11/8 - 128.8
11/15 - 128.8
11/22 - 125.6

Finally the movement I've been working for. My overall goal since August was to get to 125 so not a complete victory yet, but since I started I am down 13 pounds and feeling so great

My only fear is that this is going into Thanksgiving week - I get on a plane tomorrow and don't get back for a week. I'm bringing running clothes and have promised myself I won't be "that girl" counting carbs and being annoying, but I don't want to reverse such good progress. So my plan is to enjoy myself in moderation. I'm going to have some bites of everything I want, but try my darndest to not go overboard. Moderation. It's tough.

Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving week!

Nice work! Keep it up -- you've worked this hard to get to where you are. No amount of pumpkin pie is worth the disappointment of gaining it back.

Looks like I'm just going to miss my goal, but I'm pretty satisfied. 10 pounds lost so far.

Goal: 305

Oct 30 - 169.8
Nov 6 - 169.1
Nov 13 - 169
Nov 20 - 168.5
Nov 27 - 168.5

I started my Thanksgiving celebration a little early. I was 3 lbs lighter five hours ago after I finished my run. Oh well. The rule is weight in just before bed, so no change this week.

I plan to fast for breakfast and lunch tomorrow, to prepare for my Thanksgiving feast :-D
