Fasting before Thanksgiving dinner + an hour in the pool followed by a 4 mile run today completely offset yesterday's feast. I am back to my Wednesday night weight :-)

The fast really helped control my appetite. I piled up a mountain of food on my plate and was done after the first round. Normally I would eat a second large plate. I was so full I moved on to 3 rounds of dessert, eggnog, and most of a bottle of wine. Slept well, worked out today, and it's like my scale doesn't know yesterday happened.

Original weight= 208

Oct end weight= 194

Nov 30 = 189

Nov goal weight= 188

Overall goal weight= 170

I was hoping for a few extra pounds.  But 5 pounds is still a good month.  That put me right at my half way mark to my initial goal weight.  19 pounds down, and 19 left to go.

Most of us have gone up and down in weight so often that we have lost count. What we are looking for is a steady loss of weight which often is not found.
