Swim
Comments: I felt I swam really well but my time was slow, everyone had slow times so they think the course was long (1650m measured by Garmin) What would you do differently?: Stay out of the pack Transition 1
Bike
Comments: I was overtaken a lot in the first kilometre then started overtaking and got stronger and stronger as I went on. The hill felt comfortable and I stayed in the upper cassette in the big ring for most of the ride. Lots of time in aero. What would you do differently?: Nothing, good ride Transition 2
Run
Comments: Good run, hot but went well. Ran in my old Kinvara's What would you do differently?: Not much, was happy with how it went Post race

Got up at 4:30am, had a bowl of greek yoghurt with chopped banana and honey plus a coffee.
Had to walk down to transition form Noosa Junction then back again and go home to check on Oliver.
Drank Gatorade until swim start
