Warm down:

Disney Villains After Party. The party was amazing! We walked on every ride in the park with no wait at all. Our first stop was, of course, Tower of Terror, but we also got multiple rides on Toy Story Mania, The Rockin Roller Coaster, and Star Tours. We also ran into some iconic Disney villains like Judge Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Cruella de Ville.

I'm curious about the 'don't increase your run by more than 10% per week' rule. Is there a minimum mileage under which this doesn't apply?

Training our bodies to work efficiently in Zone 2 will help us keep our HR and pace even throughout an Ironman. This theory would hold true for the bike and run portion of an Ironman race.

How should I go about training for the marathon while also building base in the other two events? Doing this seems like it's causing me to break the 10% rule in running.

Yes, the Dual is a little heavier than Cervèlo’s high end counterparts. But…the price is within reach of the masses and it still incorporates all of the design features that make a Cervèlo special.
