Subject: Looking for a Used Tri-Bike
Hello All,

I'm currently looking for a new/used tri-bike. This Monday I lost my bike as in my bike race and bike flew off the back of my truck while driving down the freeway. Which my bike rack and bike are trashed. So I'm currently bike-less. I hope to have enough funds in the next month or two to buy a ride to get me through.

Didn't know if anyone on here has a used tri-bike for sale that would fit me. I'm a 6' tall male and at this point I can't be too picky. Now I do plan on doing the Augusta Half Iron this coming year and probably a couple of olympic distance races as well.

Thanks,

Bad draw man, sorry to hear about your bike misfortune.

Here's what I've got or know of that is available if you're interested:

Cervelo Dual: 2009 - FRAME - size 56. I rode this for 1 Ironman and a lot of other races. I stripped the bike and used the parts on another bike, which I later sold. I still have this frame and can build it up however you would want (depending on how much you'd like to spend). It is aluminum, but a quality ride.

Cervelo P2 - 2011/12? - size 56. This is my buddy's bike. He got a Blue last season but hasn't been to active on trying to sell his old P2, but I always keep an ear out if there's an interested party.

Swift Drone: 2013 - Complete with Sram RED (or I could just sell the frame). This is my bike I raced 3x last year, I'm 6ft tall as well.

I have a 2010 Cervelo P1 (Aluminum with Carbon fork) Size is 54(I am 5 11) New chain and cables. All Ultegra with adamo saddke and R500 wheels. Good looking bike but I just got a new one. It has been to Augusta and Louisville and a good training partner. Hate to see it go but it will not be used. $900. PM me if you are interested in pics.

I have always been an athlete, growing up playing team sports like basketball and soccer. I also ran in a couple of 10K races every year, so I had no reason to worry about running a 5K...right?

After I left the running store, I couldn't stop thinking about the sprint tri and how much of a challenge it would be for me. So instead of joining a gym, I started riding my bike and it felt great.

I started riding this spring with the Carnac shoes on Look pedals (with plenty of float). About five minutes into a ride I get sharp pain on the outer edge of my feet, just behind the pedal.

I couldn't believe that my splits kept getting lower! I started to run harder after I passed the "5 km" sign and picked a few people that I wanted to pass.
