Extreme Veteran 2261 Ridgeland, Mississippi | Subject: RE: new video: freestyle swimming (Arms underwater) I'm asking this for my information, so please don't take offense to this question: Is your stroke (particularly with your left arm) crossing? At 2:00 your left hand appears to be in line with your head, which would make you pull less water after your catch. Your tips are otherwise good in the video. |
