Subject: Bike Setup HELP!

OK, I'm riding an old road bike and I feel like I'm just not setup right.  I feel that my arms are too close to my body and at times I'm not getting any power out of my pedals.  I have the old road racing bars - curved at bottom - and I can't get comfortable in any type of aero position and I don't know what I can do.  Does anyone have any "setup" diagrams to show me what it SHOULD be like?  Suggestions?

Thanks!

1. Go get a fitting. There should be plenty of shops around that will fit you from $50-250 depending on the level of detail. Call around. The fitter should be certified by F.I.S.T., Serotta, etc.

2. Go to www.bikesportmichigan.com and check out their fitting articles. They have multiple pictures complete with measurements and angles to show what the proper form should looklike
