Hey, WI BTers and Donkai!

What are your plans for Turkey Day!  Do you plan on running in a race that day, do a training run, or just veg out and eat until you burst and watch some football?

Yep, I'll be doing the latter, and probably having a brew.  Imabein' a lazy azz.

EEEEAAAAWWWW!!!

Nothing lazy about it....it's a holiday afterall.

For myself....a bit of hunting in the morning, then home in time to watch those crazy Packers play, which I'd like to get on the trainer during the first half.

Then...off to gorge myself with too many calories. Did you know the average person consumes nearly 4500 calories at a Thanksgiving meal? Then again, you may not have wanted to know that.

Happy Turkey Day ye'awwllllll!!!

Well, we aren't average by any sense of the definition, so I am sure we will eat way more than 4500 calories
The Weninger family is off to my brother's house for a fantastic meal later in the afternoon. I am sure I will get something exercise wise done in the morning, but no race on the agenda.

That depends on how many Big Macs are consumed, I guess.

Better wear the stretchable pants for comfort then.  Make sure Clint doesn't get the first dessert slice.

Us two Stoltmann's are heading down to my brothers in IL to visit the nephews and have Thanksgiving dinner.  This will be the first year in about 5 or 6 that I haven't done a Turkey Trot, and I am okay with that!
