Subject: Email notifications
I'm haven't received a workout email notification since Nov. 19th. I checked my settings and should still be getting them at 9PM.

We have been overzealously blacklisted from a few email providers - going to a new server with a new IP, sending out a high volume of email triggered their spam alert and blocked a lot of email.  We are working with them to lift the blocks.
