Subject: The knife isn't always the answer to back pain
Hi!

Every once in a while I pop in to see what topics are discussed here. I am surprised to find the same old treatments recommended and nobody speaking about Mindbody methods to heal.

If you are reluctant to go under the knife you might want to explore the alternative. Here's an example of a fellow triathlete who overcame severe back pain without any surgery.
