Neuvation wheels has a sale on their nuevation R28 SL2 wheels for $299. I think it's a great deal. Very light, advertised at 1430-1550gms and semi-aero at 27mm deep.

Niiiiiice ... I also have the '05 Cervelo Dual and have been considering upgrading my wheel set as well - and saw the same ad in Velonews.

How do the wheels ride/hold up

The wheels are pretty strong. I received them yesterday and only rode for 30 miles but they held up well. They are very light, responsive, climbs superbly (probably because of the weight). I didn't notice anything due to the aeroness of the wheel, except that it's a little harder to control in crosswinds even though it's only 27mm deep.

I emailed John (owner) with my height and weight 5'10" and 175lbs and he said that those measurements are fine for an everyday wheel.

I think it's a very fair price for the 27mm and weight. You can't find a better deal regarding those.

ONLY negative I have is when cruising (not pedaling), the pawls in the rear hub are louder than my previous ones I had.
