Of Course.  The idea is to strengthen the core and progressively increase reps over the month.

The chart is not on the BT site as I too don't know the login.  I just set up the spreadsheet on my site and said that anyone who has the link has access and editing ability to the sheet.  Just click on the link for spreadsheet.

Doing great but I made a note to myself, do the ab workout before running a 30 mile training run. It was not fun Sunday night after the run.

I see we have a lot of sore abs out there.  Way to go everyone.

I've had to drop the situps because my of my back.  I will find something to substitute for them, otherwise going good on the rest.

I missed yesterday having to have early meetings, traveling across the state and getting home late. I'll get back on the horse today. I may have to pull back on the sit ups as well. I can feel them starting to twinge my lower back. I
