Comments:

course mainly flat - just 2 small rises. free to run your race, set your PR.

not bad considering I had insomnia twice the week leading up to the race and got back from TX on Friday night.

Event comments:

great small race with small price -- with 5K, 10K, 15K, half, and full marathon options.

10K was 2 loops within a gorgeous park.

If you get thirsty, bring your own water, only 1 water station per loop.

I can train for half marathons on pavement and on trails, but as soon as I change it up to gravel or loose dirt my knee swells and the pain it causes is unreal. Any ideas why this happens?
