Subject: Garmin Cadence Sensor Issue
I got the garmin speed sensor to work on my Garmin Forerunner 305 watch but I can't get the cadence to show up. There's a flashing X and pedal symbol on my watch screen next to the flashing X and heart symbol. I followed the directions and the red and green light appears on the garmin sensor when I pedal. I also made sure to click yes for cadence sensor on my gps watch.

Studies have shown a correlation between pedaling at a high cadence and running at a high cadence, which leads to faster running. The shorter your ground contact time , the less chance for injury.
