Subject: Back pain
Hi all,

There was an interesting story on NPR this morning about dealing with back pain. It is a little long, but worth listening to.

The short of it is exercise might be a better cure then surgery. I am fortunate that I have not had any back problems, but for those who do, this might be worthwhile.

I started playing basketball three times a week in addition to running and biking. Now, whenever I run any distance, the next day, I can hardly sit in my chair at work.
