Good morning BT!

Today I have 3.5 hours on the bike trainer.  Wow.  This will be my longest trainer ride to date, but I'm up for it!

Yesterday's indoor triathlon was a total blast!  My daughter did an excellent job--she only had one lap less than me in the swim, one mile less than me on the bike, and we ran together, finishing holding hands!  It was an awesome day!

Have fun out there today!

Congrats to you and your daughter.  That's great.  And 3.5 hours on the trainer is crazy.  I cannot even wrap my head around that.

Today is a short run and a short trainer session.  And watch a much anticipated beatdown of the 49'ers.

congrats on your tri - sounds fun! and good luck with the 3.5 hours, yikes!

Rode 45 miles this dark, early morning. Was one of those rides where I didn't want to be there. Usually I love riding my bike, but my heart wasn't in it today. Had all sorts of equipment issues along and my lower back was angry! A very frustrating and SLOW 3 hours. ugh!

3 day weekend, so still some left - hope to enjoy it!

Glad i pushed out another training after work. This is officially the most hours (5h32m) of training I ever did in one week (without counting bike training). Hurray for me!

Note: I'm a beginner so I'm really excited about this AND I just want to brag about it. ;-)

Excellent job Dimitri! I start this thread almost everyday, please join in and post your daily workouts! It's a great motivational tool to keep up your own training and to get inspired by others who are also working hard everyday!

Congrats on the tri! It's "winter" here! 62 degrees this morning and they are predicting 60 later this week (58 is supposedly the all-time record low). It was very breezy this AM and I actually had my long-sleeved jersey on over a short-sleeved one for almost an hour. Wow! The downside is that the (unheated) pool is FREEZING. 2hr 15 min bike ride this AM, followed by 30 minute run. First brick in a long time but it went okay. Had forgotten what they feel like.
PM 30 minutes of strength stuff.

Got in a nice 8 mi treadmill run and then some weights at night. My first solid week of training in over a year. Feels good to be back!

Feeling confident and cocky, after finally losing some weight, I got off my back side and into triathlon.
