I'm selling my Garmin 405 watch. It's two years old, used it for the 2011 season (which I barely trained for!) and 2012. I upgraded to the 910 and have not used the 405 since. Asking $110, shipped. It's in great shape except for a small ding on the front from dropping it once, see photo.

Just updating to include the HR monitor, I just found it and checked that it's paired!

I'm going to let you in on how to get faster by doing nothing. Well, not exactly nothing, but you won't have to raise your heart rate, put out 300 watts, or really even break a sweat.

Imagine gliding on a fresh stick of butter just placed on a hot frying pan. Now imagine sliding along an isolated country road almost effortlessly. You’ve just imagined yourself on a Javelin Narni.
