I have the same feeling and really hope I am wrong too.

On the plus side, I have really started to enjoy Curling and going forward to the non-stop coverage of that!

Yes Curling.

Nice pic... I ride there all the time. The access road is a great hill repeat venue.

Huge respect for how hard those guys work in the biathlon.  They are all aerobic beasts but many of them are still 100% gassed, falling to the ground at the finish line of the 10k sprint event.

Track stars are gassed after their event like a 5k. They are going 100% the whole time out there and have to keep their heart rate down for the shooting part.

I love to cross country ski in the winter but I seldom have a chance to watch races so I'm really enjoying the Olympic coverage. The CBC online videos are great - I can watch the races any time.

Has anyone else watched skiathlon? I'd never seen it before but it has transitions from classic to skate that remind me of T2 in triathlon.

Sob....NO coverage here. Not even one minute, on any channel I can find. Live streaming is not terribly useful due to slow internet speed and time differences, either. I can understand that the Vietnamese don't have anyone in these sports and clearly couldn't care less about them, but couldn't we at least have figure skating or something?

The Canadians once again figure out technology to their advantage. A passport keyed free beer fridge? Wow!

I'm showing my age. Watching the slopestyle and saw the one kid with his pants way too big so that they are barely hanging on. Told my husband it just seems disrespectful to have your pants not even covering your rear end at the Olympics! Guess I'm not one of the cool kids anymore .

Good one Dude gave me a chuckle with his dope style.

But seriously, slopestyle is my new favorite Winter Games sport. WAY more entertaining than half-pipe in my opinion. Half-pipe is so limited by the course. It will always be the same. With slopestyle they'll be able to change up the courses that already are so much more interesting than half-pipe.

They're freaking insane-- so much skill.

I completely agree. Very entertaining!

I thought slopestyle was my new favorite sport(s), but that was before I saw Snowboard Cross.  That was THRILLING. WOW!     It was a lot more fun to watch the women when the weather was nice.   The rain (for the men) dampened things a bit much, although the carnage was still incredible.

Snowboard Cross is my new favorite winter sport. They are doing Ski Cross on the same course tonight, there should be some good carnage in that one too.

CAN over US 3-2 (OT) in Women's Hockey. The US just made too many mistakes in the 3rd to let Canada back in it.
